How we calculate your rank
Our standards are derived from the Lascelle-Lilly scales and common powerlifting benchmarks. Unlike other sites, we don't just use user-submitted data, which can be biased. We use verified athletic tiers:
- Beginner: Stronger than 5% of lifters.
- Intermediate: Stronger than 50% of lifters (The average gym-goer).
- Advanced: Stronger than 80% of lifters.
